About Bass Hunters

The Bass Hunters fishing club is a group of guys and gals who enjoy the sport of bass fishing. Bass Hunters believe in protecting our lakes and rivers for future use and emphasize catch and release.

We at Bass Hunters have anglers of all skill levels.  Our mission is to help all of our anglers to become better fishermen while enjoying good company and fellowship.

Bass Hunters fish a team format. Our membership is open to men and women and we welcome new members at any time of the year.  We do however, limit our overall membership numbers.  When space is not available, those seeking membership are placed on a waiting list.

Beginning in July 2010, Bass Hunters expanded the schedule to fish up to 22 tournaments a year.   These events take place on most of South Carolina's eastern and mid state major lakes and rivers.  This schedule includes both Saturday and Sunday events.  As a member of Bass Hunters, you have the option to fish any Saturday event, any Sunday event, or both.

All of our tournaments are 100% payback including a large championship bonus. Our 2009-2010 championship held this past June had a total payout of over $3400.00(see club rules and payout for all details)
